Ken Thomason (best known
as "Chicken Lady") has participated in 27 AIDS Rides across the country
- 24 of them as a rider. Of these he has ridden his Gary Fisher
Hybrid bike on 21 events ...and the bike is looking a little worse for
wear.On Day 5 of AIDS/LifeCycle
2, unbeknownst to Chicken Lady, a tip jar did the rounds in camp to
raise funds for a new bike. By the end of Day 6, the
riders and crew had donated the generous sum of $2,468.15.
