These are unofficial cheering stations that have been utilized by friends and families on previous AIDSRides.  
Please ensure that your first priority is the safety of the riders.  Park you cars away from the area where riders will pass through and do not try to follow the riders in your car as they are riding.  This may distract them and cause an accident.
 
Day 1, Sunday, June 3 - San Francisco to Santa Cruz
* Ride out! Fort Mason, Marina Blvd, San Francisco. Parking along the Marina Green. Mile 0, 6:30 - 8:15 am.
* Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, AIDS Memorial Grove, Middle Drive near Kennedy Drive. Mile 4.6, 7:45 - 8:45am.
* Sunset Boulevard, San Francisco, street parking in the neighborhood. Mile 6.8, 7:45 - 9:15am.
* "Unofficial Pit Stop," St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 415 El Camino Real, Burlingame. Parking in the church parking lot. About mile 22, 8 -11am.
* Half Moon Bay, west side of Hwy 1 at corner of Kelly Street, near Holiday Inn Express and Three Amigos Restaurant. DO NOT park on shoulder of Hwy 1. Mile 38, 9:30am - 1pm.
* Santa Cruz, Laurel St, between Mission and Front Streets, street parking. Mile 85-86, 2 - 7pm.

Day 2, Monday, June 4 - Santa Cruz to King City
* Downtown Soquel, Soquel Dr, near intersection with Porter. Street parking. About Mile 6, 7-9am.
* Salinas, Central Park. Mile 40.8, 10am - 1pm.

Day 3, Tuesday, June 5 - King City to Paso Robles
* King City, along First Street (a.k.a. G15), south of Division Street. Mile 1.4, 6:30 - 8am.
* Town of San Miguel, Mission Street, north of River Road. Mile 61.7-65.3, Noon - 5pm.

Day 4, Wednesday, June 6 - Paso Robles to Oceano
Notes: Keep well away from Highway 46. This section of the route can be VERY DANGEROUS.
* Cayucos Beach State Park, along Hwy 1. Parking at State Beach. (DO NOT park along Hwy 1) About Mile 35, 9am - 2pm.
* Morro Beach State Park, along Hwy 1. Parking at State beach. (DO NOT park along Hwy 1) About Mile 37, 9am - 2pm.
* The public park opposite the entrance to Oceano Airport. (DO NOT park along Air Park Dr) Mile 69.4, Noon  - 7pm.

Day 5, Thursday, June 7 - Oceano to Lompoc
* The public park opposite the entrance to Oceano Airport. Mile 0, 6:30 - 8am.
* Along Guadalupe Rd. (A local Girl Scouts group has stationed themselves there in years past). Mile 7.8-Mile 13, 7 - 9am.
* On Blosser Rd. in Santa Maria. (DO NOT park facing south along Blosser Rd.). Mile 20.6, 7:30 - 10:30 am.
* At the General Store in Casmalia, after the right turn onto Point Sal Rd. Mile 32.6, 10am - 1pm.
* At the Mission, on Mission Gate Rd., Mile 51.9, 11am - 3pm.

Day 6, Friday, June 8 - Lompoc to Ventura
* The convenience store on the north side of Highway 246 (a.k.a. Ocean Blvd.) Mile 0, 6:30 - 8am.
* At UC Santa Barbara, along the bike path (park on adjacent streets,where possible). Mile 42.5-Mile 45, 9am - 2pm.
* In Cabrillo West Park, Santa Barbara. Mile 56.3-59.3, 9:30am - 4pm.
* In the beach/boardwalk area at the NORTHERN END of San Buenaventura State Beach. Mile 85.1, 11am - 7pm.

Day 7, Saturday, June 9 - Ventura to Los Angeles
* The shopping areas along Harbor Blvd, Ventura. Mile 1.3-Mile 7, 6:30 - 8:30am.
* Shopping areas along Ventura Rd. Mile 9.5-Mile 11.4, 6:45 - 9am.
* The state beaches in Malibu. (DO NOT ENTER EL PESCADOR OR MALIBU CANYON LAGOON STATE BEACHES. Traffic control will be limiting vehicle access. DO NOT PARK ON SHOULDER OF PCH.) About Mile 25-Mile 50. 8am - 2pm.
* Closing Ceremonies CAR 8-
